NetPlus Alliance is proud to announce that we have promoted Zach Brado to the position of Business Development Director, effective immediately.
In his new position, Brado, who previously served as Marketing Manager, will work with Todd Washburn, Vice President of Supplier Development, to lead sales initiatives with NetPlus suppliers and manage supplier relationships. He’ll act as a liaison on behalf of NetPlus supplier partners to the membership and industry at large.
“Zach is our millennial success story, starting with NetPlus Alliance as a marketing intern while he was an MBA student at the University at Buffalo. One week after graduation, he was on a plane with us to attend his first ISA convention in San Diego,” said Jennifer Murphy, NetPlus Alliance President. Brado now serves on ISA’s Emerging Leaders committee. “He has grown into a confident young executive in our industry. This will be a seamless transition for Zach thanks to the many relationships that he has established with our preferred supplier partners through our marketing programs.”
Brado will oversee the Growth Plus sales planning program, which brings key channel partners together to talk about challenges and opportunities and build a joint plan for growth in 2017. As part of this role, he will work to improve the usability of the Growth Plus portal, working with distributors and suppliers to refine the process.
Brado will also work with Washburn to streamline new-supplier onboarding, as well as work closely with those suppliers to build a long-term plan to get the most from their partnership with NetPlus Alliance.
The new position will also be responsible for tracking and identifying new market trends, cultivating supplier partnerships with distributors, facilitating matchups between suppliers and distributors, and planning and coordinating supplier marketing plans within the group. He will continue to oversee sponsorship opportunities for the annual meeting.
Brado started at NetPlus Alliance as an intern in spring 2012. He has a Master of Business Administration degree, and in his marketing manager position with NetPlus Alliance, he has worked with NetPlus suppliers to execute marketing campaigns that communicate their value and drive action among the distributor members. He has also consulted with distributor members to improve marketing efforts.
“NetPlus is a business development catalyst for our members,” Brado said. “I’m excited to build on my previous position and work closely with our suppliers to identify and take advantage of growth opportunities for both our suppliers and our distributor members.”
